A Brief Look at the Agency
The agency was founded in 1961 in Exeter, New Hampshire. Since that time, we have helped thousands find satisfactory positions. In 1998, we moved to our current location in Manchester, New Hampshire to be more centrally located for our clients. Teachers from all over the United States use our services for help in finding positions in the six New England States, New York, and other selected areas. Please note that we are not simply a listing service. We screen, interview and personally try to match you with the right position. We also collaborate closely with you to provide guidance throughout the process of identifying what jobs and locations will be best for you, and how to help you get the most out of your interviews with prospective employers. We recognize that this is an important career change for you, and we want you to make informed decisions for the right reasons.
Why Use the Agency
The current education employment market is not like it used to be. There was a time when you could apply to almost any school and land a job. That is no longer the case. Today you have to contend with much competition, short closing dates, search committees, tough budgets, stringent certification requirements for public schools, complete placement packets for every job application, etc. We are very familiar with the current processes in each of the School Districts and regions. As such, we are well equipped to help you, advise you and steer you in the right direction in a timely manner.
Agency Fees
Our fees are less than most regular employment agency fees, because we understand that teachers can’t afford similar rates. With that in mind, we believe that you will find our rate plan very affordable. It was designed to be fair, to you and to the agency. The rates depend on the type of position you seek or accept. In addition, we offer reasonable and friendly payment plans. Details of our rate plan will be sent to you after our acceptance of your resume, but before you formally register.
